Who we are

The FixersInParis plugin for ChatGPT is published by Prod Is Prod SAS, trading as FixersInParis. SIREN 943 159 962, RCS Paris. Registered office: 189 boulevard Voltaire, 75011 Paris, France. Contact: e.petit@fixersinparis.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we receive

Most plugin tools (services, shoot planning, permits, tax rebate, press support) receive only the project details ChatGPT sends to answer the question, such as project type, cities, number of shooting days or crew size. We do not ask ChatGPT for your identity in those tools and we do not use them to profile you.

The request a quote tool is used only after you explicitly agree. It sends us your name, company, email address, optional phone number and country, and a description of your project (dates, locations, budget range).

Why we use it

To reply to your request with a quote and availability, and to follow up on that request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b). We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the processors below.

Processors and storage

The plugin server is hosted by Render Services, Inc. (United States). Quote requests are delivered to our mailbox (OVHcloud, France) through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., United States). Your conversation with ChatGPT itself is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for portability by writing to e.petit@fixersinparis.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
